Customs Clearance
Customer is responsible for ensuring Lumicopter does not contravene any import regulation in the country. In the event that Lumicopter is rejected by the country’s custom, we will not be responsible for the cost incurred. Customer is also responsible for any import duty and tax according to local laws.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated according to prevailing rates. We will bare the difference in cost if there is a sudden increase in rates. There will be no refund provided if the rates fall between order placed and fulfilment.

Missing or lost packages
All packages come with a tracking number. In the event of a lost package, we will contact the courier company and send a replacement if the courier company confirms that they have indeed misplace the package.
